Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Flavorist, you will likely be integrated into one of several specialized teams, contributing to projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities may include:
- Flavor Creation: Developing innovative flavors for diverse market segments such as Beverage, Savory, and Sweet, working closely with customers and applications teams to create tailored solutions.
- Flavor Analysis: Utilizing advanced instrumentation like HPLC, GC, and GC-MS to lead flavor research and analysis, helping to improve laboratory workflows and methodologies.
- Sensory Science: Assisting in the design and execution of sensory and consumer research to provide insights for product development and optimization.
- Innovation Support: Contributing to the development of cutting-edge ingredients, formulations, and technologies by collaborating with a global network of scientists.
