Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Assume full ownership of a designated sales territory to manage and grow the business. This includes developing a strategic approach to win new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Client Relationship Management: Navigate large, complex client organizations and partner with key decision-makers. The focus is on collaborating with them to develop innovative new products and solutions.
- Solution Selling: Present and sell highly technical, value-added flavor solutions to a professional audience, demonstrating a clear understanding of their application and benefits.
- Territory Management: Independently manage a home-office based territory in the Midwest region of the US, requiring proximity to a major airport and a willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000 USD per year. Final pay is determined based on factors such as education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
- Incentive Pay: Eligibility for performance-based incentive pay.
- Additional Benefits: A comprehensive and competitive benefits program is offered to support overall well-being, along with development opportunities and thorough onboarding and training.
Important Employment Notes
