Senior Flavorist – Beverages (Consultant, FT, or Partner)

A U.S.-based business group is seeking an experienced Senior Flavorist to lead the launch of a new flavor division.

We are looking for a creative professional with deep expertise in beverage formulations (carbonated soft drinks, juices, teas, and functional waters). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing commercially successful flavors from concept to production.

This is a unique opportunity to build a flavor business from the ground up. We are open to structuring the relationship in one of three ways based on your preference:

- Consultant
- Full-Time Employee
- Partner

Candidate Requirements:
- Located within the United States.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the flavor or food ingredient industry.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, regulatory compliance (FEMA/GRAS), and application testing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
