1. CSA Chicago Roundtable & SFC Meeting (482nd SFC Meeting) — Tue, Nov 3, 2026 (Rosemont, IL)
- Venue: Doubletree Chicago O'Hare Rosemont, 5460 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018.
- SFC meeting: 3:00–6:00 pm.
- Schedule:
- 8:00 am–2:00 pm: Chemical Sources Association Midwest Roundtable, with tastings, sensory sessions and supplier product demos. It needs a separate registration and is held at Embassy Suites, 5500 N. River Road.
- 8:00–10:00 am: SFC Board of Directors meeting.
- 10:00 am–12:00 pm: Board and Committee Chairs meeting.
- 2:15–3:00 pm: Registration.
- 3:00–3:30 pm: Business meeting.
- 3:30–3:45 pm: Break.
- 4:00–4:45 pm: Talk, "Beyond Flavor Chemistry: Quantifying the Physical Drivers of Flavor Perception," by Brian Rodenhausen of Anton-Paar.
- 4:45–5:45 pm: Panel on candidate training and mentorship, with Tony Moore, Alex Amann, Eric Oros and Ron Mancenido.
- 5:45–6:45 pm: Networking hour.
- Cost: $150 for members and non-members, or $75 for retired, emeritus and students with ID. You register through Eventbrite.
- Registration deadline: Monday, Nov 2, which is tomorrow.
- Virtual option: You can join the 3:00 pm business meeting on Zoom; registration for that is separate.
- Hotel: Embassy Suites across the street, at a $169 room rate, booked through the Hilton group link.
2. West Coast Meeting — Tue, Jan 19, 2027, 11:30 am–6:30 pm PST (Anaheim, CA)
- Location is Chapman University. More details are still to come.
3. East Coast Meeting — Feb 18 or 19, 2027, 9:00 am–6:00/6:30 pm EST (Lakeland, FL area)
- No venue is set yet, and more details are to follow.
- The page contradicts itself on the date. The title and body say Feb 18, but the calendar entry is set for Fri, Feb 19.
4. SFC/CSA/NAFFS Joint Meeting — Tue, Mar 2, 2027 (Anaheim, CA)
- It combines the CSA Roundtable, SCIFT and NPEW, at 12021 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove, CA 92840.
- The times don't match: the title says 8 am–3 pm, but the calendar entry runs 8 am–5 pm.
5. Midwest Meeting — Thu, Apr 15, 2027, 11:30 am–6:30 pm EST (Cincinnati, OH)
- The venue is still to be announced, and more details are to follow.
6. CSA Roundtable & SFC Annual Awards Dinner Meeting — Thu, May 6, 2027, 8:00 am–8:00 pm EST (Newark, NJ)
