Role Overview

The Associate Director of Product Development serves as a senior leader within Synergy’s R&D organization. This role is responsible for elevating the company’s product development capabilities, strengthening scientific rigor, and guiding strategic technical initiatives across multiple product categories—including savory, beverage, confection, bakery, dairy, and nutrition.

This leader acts as a key technical partner to internal teams and external customers, shaping long‑term innovation strategies while ensuring excellence in execution.
